We will post the weekly BARC Ratings list of the Hindi News Channels, so keep visiting for new updates. Note: The viewership impressions (TRP) given in the tables below are from both the urban and rural places of the "Hindi Speaking Markets (HSM)".

Republic TV continues to hold the no.1 spot in the Hindi news channels TRP ratings list this week. While the positions of the Hindi news channels remain unchanged from last week, the viewership impressions of Republic TV have decreased when compared to last week. And, the viewership impressions of its competitors have significantly increased this week.

The positions of the Hindi news channels remain unchanged from last week with Republic TV still leading the TRP ratings list. Aaj Tak occupies a distant second place with 168236000 viewership impressions this week. NDTV India continues to be out of the top rating Hindi news channels list.

Impressions of all the Hindi news channels have significantly reduced this week. The viewership impressions are the lowest since 12 weeks. However, the impressions are still better than the pre-corona period.

TRPs of all the Hindi news channels have witnessed a substantial decrease this week. Aaj Tak had a 20% decrease in its viewership impressions compared to last week. Republic Bharat has slid two positions down, from 3rd position last week to 5th position this week, and has also lost almost 30% of its impressions when compared to previous week.

Zee News, which held the 3rd position in last week's TRP ratings list, is out of the top-5 this week. Zee News is out of the top-5 for the first time after many months. TV9 Bharatvarsh is the new entrant to the Hindi news channels TRP ratings list, and it currently occupies the 5th spot with 208350000 viewership impressions.

Republic Bharat has slipped two places this week to occupy the 4th spot with 230501000 impressions. India TV has risen to the 2nd spot this week from 5th spot last week.

In the Hindi news channels category, Arnab Goswami's Republic Bharat has maintained its TRP impressions while the other channels took a dip in their TRPs, as a result, Republic Bharat has climbed-up to second position in this week's TRP list from fourth position in the last week ratings chart. Republic Bharat is steadily climbing-up in the TRP charts from the last few weeks.

In the Hindi news channels category, the positions of the channels remain unchanged, but the overall viewership impressions have decreased compared to last week.

The Hindi news channels have witnessed an enormous increase in their viewership impressions this week when compared to last week. The impressions had already risen last week, and this week's rise comes on top of the last week's rise. The news channels have had a golden period with respect to their TRPs due to the coronavirus pandemic and the nation-wide lock-down. According to the Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) TV viewership data, Aaj Tak is the Top Hindi News Channel with an all-time high 532102K impressions.
