Shaitaan is a 2024 Hindi-language horror-thriller, starring Ajay Devgn, R. Madhavan, and Jyotika in the lead roles. The film is directed by Vikas Bahl of movie 'Queen' fame. Vikas Bahl has also directed films like Shaandaar, and the recently released Ganapath which featured actor Tiger Shroff in the lead role. The film is co-produced by Ajay Devgn along with Jio Studios and Panorama Studios. Shaitaan released on 8th of March 2024 in the theatres. Shaitaan is an official remake of the Gujarati film 'Vash' which was written and directed by Krishnadev Yagnik. Shaitaan OTT Platform & OTT Release Date
The OTT platform Netflix has bought the OTT rights of 'Shaitaan'. The information of Netflix being the OTT partner was conveyed through the release of a first look teaser of the film, which contains the logo of the OTT platform Netflix. The OTT release date is yet to be announced. As the film has just been released theatrically, the OTT release date will be announced after the film almost finishes its theatrical run, depending upon the nature of the deal signed by the producers of the film with the OTT platform. We expect Shaitaan to have its OTT premiere in the first week of May 2024, about 8 to 9 weeks after its initial theatrical release. More nearer the OTT release date to the theatrical release date, more money will have to be paid by the OTT platform to the movie's producers. We will update this post once again as the OTT Premiere date of Shaitaan is officially announced.

The satellite TV broadcast rights deal of Shaitaan are yet to be finalized. As of now, we have no information regarding which TV channel may bag the satellite rights of Shaitaan. The date of the world TV premiere of the film is still to be announced, as the film is yet to see its initial digital release.
