Family Star OTT Platform & OTT Release Date
The OTT platform Amazon Prime Video has bought the OTT rights of the original Telugu language version of 'Family Star'. The OTT release date has been announced (See the update below this paragraph for the exact OTT release date). As the film has just been released theatrically, the OTT release date will be announced after the film almost finishes its theatrical run, depending upon the nature of the deal signed by the producers of the film with the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video. We expect Family Star to have its OTT premiere in the first or third week of May, 2024, about 4 to 6 weeks after the movie's theatrical release. More nearer the OTT release date to the theatrical release date, more money will have to be paid by the OTT platform to the movie's producers. We will update this post once again as the OTT Premiere date of Family Star is officially announced.
UPDATE: Family Star is scheduled for its official OTT release on Amazon Prime Video on Friday 26th of April, 2024, less than 4 weeks from its theatrical release date.

The satellite TV broadcast rights deal of Family Star has been bagged by Telugu TV channel Star Maa. The date of the world TV premiere of the film is still to be announced, as the film is yet to see its theatrical and digital release.
