The Sky is Pink is definitely a stirring watch. This one scores high on the emotional quotient.

  • CNN News 18 | Review By - Rajeev Masand | Rating-2.5/5
Still, watching a child’s life cut short should hurt like your heart’s being carved out of your flesh. The Sky is Pink never bruises you with that intensity.

  • NDTV | Review By - Saibal Chatterjee | Rating-3.5/5
The director is acutely conscious of the colours she is working with here and uses the shades to deliver a pathos-filled but warm-hearted picture that does not lose sight of its primary purpose. Unmissable.

Despite good material drawn from real life, the Priyanka Chopra starrer feels both constructed and sentimental.

Shonali Bose’s film starring Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar is sincere and heartfelt but it never gets raw or messy.

Stripped of these real-life connections, the film struggles to be a convincing portrait of love on the razor’s edge.

  • Mid Day | Review By - Mayank Shekhar | Rating-3.5/5
The screenplay smartly plays with structure to dive us deeper and deeper into the characters and circumstances on screen — rather than simply a plot.

This Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Farhan Akhtar starrer touches a necessary nerve.

  • Rediff | Review By - Sukanya Verma | Rating-3.5/5
Not only is Director Shonali Bose familiar with the nature of such loss but her film is a tribute to the family who lived through every second of it.

  • News 18 | Review By - Priyanka Sinha Jha | Rating-3.5/5
The real hero in this instance, however, would have to be the zany uplifting story and to that effect, with The Sky is Pink, Bose delivers a fitting salutation to life.

THE SKY IS PINK has a great plot but falters on the account of a flawed execution and a lengthy runtime.

  • Gulf News | Review By - Manjusha Radhakrishnan | Rating-3.5/5
Clocking in at more than 140 minutes, it feels bloated at certain places. Don’t give up on the movie though. ‘The Sky is Pink’ is a keeper.
