'Dream Girl', the box office super-hit comedy film, starring actor Ayushman Khurrana in the lead role, made its television debut on Saturday, 21st December. The film was telecasted only on Zee Cinema TV channel, which is the Zee network's flagship movie channel. On its TV debut, 'Dream Girl' was given the 9 PM slot, unlike the 12 PM afternoon slot on Sundays or other holidays which is normally the case for TV premieres of Bollywood movies. The film was a super-hit at the Indian box office, and the TV premiere of 'Dream Girl' is decent-good.
On its World TV Premiere, 'Dream Girl' received quite a satisfactory response from the TV audience. According to the Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC), 'Dream Girl' gathered around 47.76 lakh viewership impressions on its TV debut on Zee Cinema.
