'KD - The Devil' is an upcoming Kannada language pan-India movie featuring actor Dhruva Sarja in the lead role. KD is an action film directed by Prem, who is known for directing blockbuster & super-hit films like Jogi, Kariya, Excuse me etc. KD also features Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt as the main antagonist. The film will be dubbed in five languages including Kannada and will be released simultaneously all across the country. KD is an ambitious film by Dhruva Sarja and Prem to find success at the national level. 'KD The Devil' Movie Trailer Release Date
The trailer of KD is yet to be released, and mostly will be released within a month before the theatrical release of the film. The teaser of KD The Devil was released almost one and half years ago (from the time of publishing this article) on October 20, 2022, and became very popular on Youtube, where it garnered more than 30 million views in the Kannada version alone. The teaser has garnered a combined view count of around 58 million in all five languages together. The looks, background music and camera work in the teaser were appreciated and definitely increased the anticipation for the movie. So, the teaser has done its job; it's time for the trailer to release.
KD Kannada Movie Theatrical Release Date
KD The Devil is tentatively scheduled to release in the third week of April, 2024. But, as it happens with Kannada cinema, most of the films usually don't announce an exact date of release well in advance; even if they were announced, they would mostly get postponed. The release dates get decided at the last moment, usually just one or two weeks before the release. We will update this post again with the exact release date of KD once it is officially announced.
The movie appears to be in the final stages of post-production, and should be ready to release very soon. There is no official announcement regarding the OTT rights sale of KD The Devil, either from any OTT platform or from the producers of the film. The satellite TV broadcast rights deal of KD The Devil are yet to be finalized. As of now, there is little information regarding which TV channel may get the satellite rights of KD. We will update this post once the information about the satelillte TV rights is confirmed. The date of the world TV premiere of KD will be announced once the satellite rights deal is finalized.
