'Laxmmi Bomb', the Hindi language remake of the Tamil Super-Hit horror-comedy film, 'Kanchana', written and directed by Raghava Lawrence, is supposed to release theatrically in the year 2020. The film features actor Akshay Kumar in the lead role. But, the film may not release on its original scheduled release date (22 May 2020 on the occasion of EID), because of the coronavirus pandemic and the resultant nation-wide lock-down. 'Laxmmi Bomb', according some of the news reports, may end-up releasing straight to OTT without a theatrical release. However, the makers of the film haven't spoken anything about the straight-up online release, and we will have to wait for the official confirmation regarding the release of 'Laxmi Bomb'.
The OTT platform Disney+Hotstar will reportedly be availing the online streaming rights of 'Laxmmi Bomb'. But, there is no official confirmation about this either. We will update this post after the official word on Digital Rights, and we will also update the Digital Premiere date of 'Laxmmi Bomb' at the earliest once it is announced.
The trailer of 'Lakshmi Bomb' movie is yet to be released, but the first look posters of the film have been quite interesting. The film, going by the available posters so far, seems to be a faithful remake of the original movie. It will be fascinating to see Akshay Kumar in a totally different avatar in 'Lakshmi Bomb'.

Laxmi Bomb Satellite Rights
The satellite broadcast rights of 'Laxmmi Bomb' is apparently going to be with Star Gold. The date of the world TV premiere of the film is still to be announced, as the film is yet to see its initial theatrical release and subsequent digital release. We will update the World TV Premiere and Digital Premiere dates of 'Laxmmi Bomb' once it is announced.
