Ranganayaka Sandalwood Box Office Collection Report.
Ranganayaka, featuring veteran comedy actor "Navarasa Nayaka" Jaggesh in the lead role, was released on Friday, 08th of March, 2024 in Karnataka. The movie had a poor start at the Sandalwood box office considering the number of shows that were allotted to movie. Ranganayaka is a period comedy-drama directed by Guruprasad, who is known for directing movies like Matha, Eddelu Manjunatha, and Director's Special.

Ranganayaka Day 1 Box Office Collection: At least half-a-dozen Kannada films released this week at the Sandalwood box office, the two most noteworthy films among them are Karataka Damanaka and Ranganayaka. Ranganayaka was released in 53 properties (24 single screens + 29 multiplexes) in Bangalore and was allotted a total of 119 shows in Bangalore on Day 1. The film started very poorly in the morning with the average occupancy in the morning shows being less than ~5%, and several shows were cancelled at multiple centres. Later in the day, the growth in footfalls was very modest with the number of seats filled being just enough to prevent shows from getting cancelled at multiple centres. Ranganayaka collected around an estimated ~12 lakhs in Karnataka, and around an estimated ~7 lakhs in Bangalore.
